What a conversation leaves running, and what closes it.
How the reset works, mapped across a real workday.
What the two lines show
Two versions of the same day. Same meetings, same people, same demands.
The difference is what happens in the transitions. An interaction stays active in your system until it receives a clear signal that the event is complete. Cognitive psychology calls this the Zeigarnik Effect: the brain keeps unresolved tasks active in working memory until it registers completion, and a high-stakes conversation counts as a task.
In a day of back-to-back meetings, that completion signal never arrives on its own. Each conversation stays partly open, and the load stacks.
The physical world used to provide these signals for free. Walking through a doorway is a natural event boundary; researchers have shown the threshold itself tells the brain one context has ended and another has begun. Video calls and back-to-back meetings have no such doorways. The burden of closing each event now falls entirely on you.
The conversation ended. Nothing told your system.
A walk moves your attention somewhere else for a while. A coffee does the same. The interaction keeps running underneath. Closing it takes a deliberate sequence, one that gives your system the completion signal it is waiting for.
That sequence is the core of this work. Used at key points in the day, it keeps each interaction the size it should be: over when it is over.

Two ways to work with this
Reset & Clarity Session
1:1 - 60 minutes
For a specific situation you want to stop carrying. We read what is still active, separate the useful information from the static, and close what no longer needs to stay open. You leave with a clear read of what happened and what, if anything, is yours to act on.
Private. Audio or video. €400.
Meeting Reset
Self-guided - yours to keep
The reset sequence as a tool you run yourself: two short audios and cue cards, used before and after interactions. Most people internalise the sequence within the first week and stop needing the audio.
€69.
Which one fits? The read will tell you.
The two-minute read on the homepage identifies which carry-over pattern you are in and which starting point makes sense for it. Free, no sign-up, answers stay on your screen.
Take the two-minute readEducational self-regulation content. This work supports professional clarity and recovery. It does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care where that is needed.
