The method is grounded in attentional control research, event boundary theory, peripersonal space neuroscience, and the physiology of autonomic regulation. You do not need to understand any of that to use it. You only need to follow the sequence.

This is not therapy or coaching. It is an instructional protocol for professionals who want interactions to end in the body, not just in the calendar.
