Service Agreement

Single Coaching/Training Session Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
Coach: Niina Gullsten  ("Coach")
Client: The individual purchasing a Single Coaching Session ("Client")

By completing the purchase, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide:

• A one-on-one coaching session of up to 75 minutes, focused on energetic boundaries or personal power.
• A results-driven, high-impact approach tailored to the Client’s needs.
• Actionable insights and strategies that the Client can apply immediately.

This session is a standalone service and does not include ongoing coaching or follow-up unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment & Fees

• The Client agrees to pay 240€ in full at the time of booking, or the amount indicated after applying any promotional coupon codes.
• Payment is non-refundable except in cases where the Coach is unable to deliver the session.
• If the Client chooses to continue with the Private Intensive Programme, they will receive a 150€ discount on that programme’s fee.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• The Client may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours' notice via email or the provided scheduling link.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

• The Client understands that coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
• The Client remains fully responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and actions resulting from the session.
• The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes but provides tools and strategies designed to support personal growth.

5. Confidentiality

• The Coach will treat all information shared during the session as strictly confidential.
• The Client’s personal details will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Coach will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the Client’s participation in the session.
• The Client agrees that all decisions and actions taken as a result of the session are their sole responsibility.

7. Agreement Acknowledgement

By purchasing this session, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
