Let’s start with this: Most of the time, you’re not imagining it.
That instant knowing you feel in a room. The slight discomfort when something’s “off,” even though no one says a word. And the way you half feel, half know that a project is going to go well before it’s even been started.
Maybe you’ve always picked up on things others don’t, or maybe you’re only just now noticing them.
But here’s the issue: most people are never taught how to work with what you feel, let alone trust it.
This toolkit is here to change that.
My take on mystery and the unexplainable
In short, I believe that what we tend to call “mysterious” is simply beyond our current model of causality. But, in my opinion, this does not mean the human brain will ever be able to explain 100% of everything.
We should keep expanding our understanding. Mystery marks the point where today’s models stop explaining what we observe. The most engaging work, in science, leadership, and personal growth, appears at this edge where felt and observed experience outpaces formal maps.

As a coach, intuitive practitioner, and highly sensitive system-builder, I’ve seen the same pattern over and over. Let’s start with something simple but powerful.
You don’t just think differently.
You sense differently.
And you know differently.
Different is not better or worse, just not similar to the majority of people’s experience.
The mistake most highly perceptive, intuitive people make is this: they lump energy awareness and intuition together (or worse, dismiss them both).
But they’re not the same.
Energy Awareness Is What You Sense (The Signal)
It’s the data your system picks up before words, before thought.
The feeling in your chest before you even know why.
The “follow this” alert when someone talks about a particular topic.
The heaviness or brightness around a choice, a space, a person.
Think of it like your internal antenna. It scans, receives, responds.
And like any signal system, it can be trained. You can learn to detect more clearly, separate your signals from others’, and reduce the static.
Intuition Is What You Know (The Meaning Of The Signal)
Once the signal’s received, intuition interprets.
It says: “This means go that way.” Or “That person isn’t saying everything.”
Sometimes it says nothing, just delivers a clean, inner clarity.
Intuition is not a thought. It’s not a mood. It’s not even a gut feeling, though it can feel like one.
It’s an internal clarity that arrives through practice, discernment, and presence.
Why This Distinction Matters
Without it, you’ll over-process, over-identify, or easily mistake intuition for anxiety or impulse. You’ll try to “trust your gut” but feel foggy because you’re overloaded with everyone else’s emotions.

IMPORTANT: The power is in experience, not speed. Use the practices, they’re designed to work in your daily life, between calls, before meetings, during your normal day. - Notice what changes.
Record what happens. Small shifts = real data. For the purposes of this book, you’re not seeking transcendence; you’re seeking traction and momentum. The foundation for quick insights and the amazing transformations that indeed can happen when you use intuition in a clean, conscious way. - Trust your discernment.
